Form Settings

Every form has a few settings near the bottom of the editor.

Child Name Format

Choose how much of the child's name the form asks for: First Name, First Name + Last Initial or Full Name. Less is kinder to privacy.

Other Families

Names Hidden keeps sign-ups private. Names Shown lets parents see which children already signed up. Shown names can help friends pick the same shift.

Data Kept

Pick 30 Days, 6 Months or 12 Months. Sign-up details are deleted that long after the event.

RSVPs have Data Kept only.
