Edit a Published Form

Open the form and select Edit. Make the change and select Save.

What Parents Hear About

• A new time or date sends each family a Time Changed email with a fresh calendar file.
• Removing an item or a conference date cancels the sign-ups on it. Each family gets a Canceled email.
• Typo fixes and new items send no email.

Removing something with sign-ups asks first. Select Keep Item or Keep Date to back out. Nothing is canceled until you select Save.

Bring Back a Form That Ended

Give it a date today or later and save. It becomes Active again.
