Close, Archive, Reactivate or Delete a Form

All four live in the form's menu.

Close

Stops new sign-ups. Families already signed up keep their spots and reminders. They can still cancel. No email goes out.

Archive

Like Close, plus it files the form under Past.

Reactivate

Opens a Closed, Archived or Paused form again. On the Free plan, 1 form can be Active at a time.

Delete

Removes the form for good. Families with upcoming sign-ups get a Canceled email. Families on the waitlist hear too. Select Delete Form to confirm, or Keep Form to back out.
