About SignUpSnap

SignUpSnap is a Positor Studio product built in New York State. Parents and teachers built it together because signing up to help at school should be simple.

Why We Built It

We'd been on both sides of the same frustrating forms: teachers trying to organize a classroom event, and parents trying to grab a conference time or volunteer slot between everything else. Too often, a simple sign up meant scrolling past ads, hunting for the right button, or wondering whether it had actually gone through.

We wanted something better for our own school communities. Teachers needed less time spent setting up forms and explaining how to use them. Parents needed a clear link, an easy choice, and confidence that they were signed up.

So we built SignUpSnap: a simple, ad-free way to organize parent-teacher conferences, volunteer and supply sign ups, and event RSVPs. Families can open a link on any phone and sign up without an app or an account. Meeting links and calendar invites are handled for you.

Our goal is to make the organizing easier, so teachers and families can spend more time on the things they signed up for.
