Use Lists

Save parent emails in a list, then invite the whole list to a form in one step.

Turn On Lists

Lists start off on every account.

  1. Select Lists on the left, then Turn On Lists.
  2. Read the Lists Certification and check the box.
  3. Select Turn On Lists.

Add only contacts who gave you permission. To turn Lists off, select the ⋯ menu on Lists, then Turn Off Lists. The lists are hidden until you turn them on again.

Add Contacts

  1. Select New List, type a Name and select Create.
  2. Pick a tab: Type, Paste, CSV Upload or From Past Form.
  3. Select Review. New, Already on List, Invalid and Blocked emails are sorted for you.
  4. Select the add button at the bottom, like Add 24 Contacts.

Need more later? Open the list and select Add Contacts.

Send Invites

  1. Open an Active form and select Share.
  2. Select Email List and check one or more lists.
  3. Type a Message.
  4. Select the send button, like Send 23 Invites.

Families already invited, already booked or blocked are skipped. Select Preview Email to see the email first. On a list, Add to Form opens the same step.

Resend Invites

Open the form and select Invites. It shows who booked and who hasn't.

  • Resend to Not Booked sends again to every family that hasn't booked, with a new message.
  • Resend on a row sends that family the last message again.

Unsubscribed and Bounced

Every invite has an Unsubscribe link. An address that unsubscribes gets no more invites from you. An address that bounces gets no more invites at all. The Blocked tab on Lists shows them.

Limits

  • Free: 50 contacts per list and 100 invites a day.
  • Teacher Pro: 1,000 contacts per list and 1,000 invites a day.

A list that isn't used for 12 months is deleted. Adding contacts or sending invites counts as using it.
