What Parents Share and How Long It Is Kept

Parents share only what the form asks for.

• Parent name and email.
• The child's name, as much as Child Name Format asks.
• Notes, if they add any.
• Head count, on an RSVP.

No phone numbers, no birthdays, no accounts.

How Long It's Kept

Each form has a Data Kept setting: 30 Days, 6 Months or 12 Months. Counting starts after the last event date. Then the whole form and every sign-up on it are deleted.

Delete a form any time to remove it sooner.
