• Booked: right after signing up, with calendar links.
• Reminder: 24 hours before the time. All-day items get theirs at 8:00 AM the day before.
• Time Changed: when you change the time or date.
• Updated: when a parent changes the meeting type or head count.
• Canceled: when a sign-up is canceled.

Families who sign up less than a day ahead skip the reminder. They just got the Booked email.

Teacher Pro Plan forms send these in English, Spanish or French. Each family gets the language they signed up in.
