Remove a Family From an RSVP

1. Open the RSVP.
2. Find the family and select Remove.
3. Select Remove RSVP to confirm.

The family gets a Canceled email. Their spots open up again. With the waitlist on, the next family gets an offer.

Remove stops working once the event starts.
