Reminders

Every booking gets a reminder email before its time. Each form sets when.

Turn Reminders On or Off

In the editor, find Reminders and pick Off or On. Off stops the reminders that haven't gone out yet. On plans them again.

Reminder Timing

The Free plan sends at 1 Day Prior. On the Teacher Pro Plan, pick 1 Week Prior, 2 Days Prior, 1 Day Prior or 2 Hours Prior.

All-day items get theirs at 8:00 AM. With 2 Hours Prior, that's 8:00 AM the same day.

Second Reminder

Teacher Pro Plan only. Check Second Reminder, then pick Second Reminder Timing. It has to be closer to the time than the first. With the first at 2 Hours Prior, there's no room for a second.

Late Sign-Ups

A reminder whose time already passed is skipped. Say the first goes 2 days before and the second 2 hours before. A family that books 30 hours ahead gets only the second.

A family that moves to a new time gets fresh reminders for it.

See What Was Sent

The Reminder column on a form shows the latest one:

• Sent with the time it went.
• Bounced: the email didn't reach the family. Check the address with them.
• Scheduled with the time it goes.
• Off: reminders are off for the form.
• A dash: no reminder is planned.

Select a booking to see every reminder it got.

Send Reminder Now

Teacher Pro Plan only. Select a booking, then Send Reminder Now at the bottom. Each booking can get one every hour. Until then, the button shows when the next one can go. Once the time has started, no reminder goes.

Reminders never count toward the daily email limit.
