Got an idea for SignUpSnap, or found something broken? Tell us from the help chat. When we build your idea or fix your bug, you get a free month of Teacher Pro.
Send One
- Select the help chat in the lower right of any page. To start over, select New Chat.
- Select Suggest an Idea or Report a Bug.
- Describe the idea, or what happened, and select Send.
The Free Month
We email you when an idea or a bug fix is live. The free month depends on your plan:
- Teacher Pro: one free month added to the end of the plan, so the next charge comes a month later.
- Teacher Pro trial: 30 more days added to the trial.
- Free: a 30-day Teacher Pro trial.
You can earn up to 12 free months a year this way.
