“This Form Was Deleted.”

This message means the teacher removed the form. Bookings on it are canceled. An email went out to every family on it.

Seeing "Form not found." instead? The link may be missing a letter. Copy it again from the teacher's message.

Not sure what happened? Ask the teacher. They may have shared a new link.
